For an existing machine, use the exact identification shown on the equipment and describe the condition in sequence: what the operator was doing, what changed, what was observed, and which documented checks were completed. Clear evidence reduces avoidable back-and-forth.

Application questions

Describe floor material, finish, typical and worst-case soil, cleanable area, minimum clear width, ramps, drains, water access, and the operating window. Add photographs or a route sketch when available.
